兜面噴長毛　阿Sir故意襲擊？

【本報訊】高鐵工程接連爆出醜聞，高官未問責下台，示威者先被鎮壓。團體「青年重奪未來」昨發起遊行，抗議高鐵工程淪為「大白象」。約200人的隊伍不滿警方堅持封路令大型示威道具未能通過原定路線，雙方爆發衝突。長毛梁國雄移開鐵馬，遭多名警員擒着迎面施放胡椒噴霧。人權監察怒斥警方是「故意襲擊」。警方稱今次共施放11次胡椒噴霧，拘捕四人。

示威人士昨在大白象道具貼上陰司紙，並自製大木屋，象徵守護東北村民家園。遊行隊伍由遮打花園出發，圍繞舊立法會一圈以示不忘當年在這裏進行反高鐵運動，抵添馬街時與警方就遊行路線僵持。示威者要求警方開路，讓大隊通過夏慤道，警方堅持要按不反對通知書的規定，要對方行行人天橋，但大木屋要由八人抬起，根本不能經電梯。

四名示威者被捕
警方提出示威者「分開行」，由警方把道具搬到政府總部，觸發示威者不滿爆發衝突。有人衝前拉鐵馬，警方只拉出指示威者違反法例的黃色旗，就施放胡椒噴霧，舉旗後再噴，多人中招，也有示威者向警潑紅色液體。
此時長毛嘗試移開遊行沿途鐵馬，一警員即把鐵馬移回原位，並無推撞，另一手持胡椒噴霧的警員拉開長毛，近距離向其面上直噴。長毛被多名警員制服後，再遭該名警員向其眼睛多噴一次。長毛其後送院。人權監察副主席莊耀洸看過片段後批評警方「好過份」及違反指引，不單施放噴霧前沒警告，更使用過份武力。
莊耀洸指當時長毛身旁有四至六名警員，毋須使用噴霧也能控制場面。即使警方懷疑長毛犯法，也不應針對性襲擊，「警察捉住佢，向住佢噴，係故意襲擊，長毛可以投訴同告佢」。
部份示威者其後衝出夏慤道導致交通擠塞，結果警方同意手持道具的示威者可行馬路，繼續前往政府總部。示威者抵達政府總部，向地上大白象畫像掟水彈，寓意倒錢落海。發起遊行的團體「青年重奪未來」成員陳文威表示，遊行出現衝突責任在警方，因為他們有大型示威道具，無可能行電梯，而且早已向警方表示有大型道具，認為路線不適合。他又認為警方無必要使用過度武力。
中區警區副指揮官陳綺麗其後見傳媒，聲稱示威者用鼓棍襲警，又用不知明液體潑向警員及搶鐵馬，勸喻無效才出動胡椒噴霧。陳聲稱沒人被捕後，隨即有四名示威者在金鐘及葵涌被捕。警方晚上發新聞稿宣佈以未經批准集結及襲警拘捕四人，對本報就長毛「中椒」的查詢不作補充。民陣斥警方濫權，在不反對通知書施加不合理限制，應為衝突負責。
